We had 286 riders in 2009. About 70 did the 100 mile route. _________________ ABC President

The Arky 100 for this year has a really cool date for it 10-10-10 so I think that should be incorporated into the t-shirt some how. Any ideas? _________________ Ian

We are working on some real nice half-cushion socks for the Arky and will try to get the 10-10-10 on them. This happens to be Nationalist Chinese New Year also in Taiwan ("Double Ten" Day). Registered rides will also get a "Jersey Bin" to put a cell phone and some money in, in their back pocket. You can register for the 39th running (or riding) of the Arky 100 below. My understanding is that it began in 1971 as the annual century ride with the old League of American Wheelman and we skipped one year when the BDB ride began a few years ago.

Will there be an available download for GPS systems? I have a Garmin GPSmap 60CSx. Sure would be nice to have a route to follow on the GPS in case one is to get seperated from a pack and lose their way. My friend got lost in the 100 Mile ride last weekend in Little Rock. She had to ask a bum how to get back to the finish. She was about 10 Miles off route. The police had already took the baracades down and nobody was out there directing cyclists.
If there is no download available, I would like to drive the course turn for turn and use my GPS to record the "track." I would need some very specific directions of the course. |

Well....I am a newbie on this site. Please forgive my ignorance. I believe I have found something. Could this be it?

That is it. I knew Bryan had it posted somewhere last year. We have a paper map available for download if you click on Arky from the homepage too. Thanks. Jim _________________ ABC President |

Just a suggestion. Jim Britt does a great job of marking the ARKY 100. Just pay attention and follow the arrows.
